Winter Board Meetings
The November board meeting will change to the winter schedule, so will revert to day meetings. See Below for date and times.
Ownership / Entity Changes
Please remember if you make any changes to the ownership, such as transfering your property to a Trust, Corporation/LLC, or Partnership to contact the office so records can be updated. If you are required to do the Reclamation Forms, this must be done within 60 days of the change so forms can be updated timely.
2027 Assessment Rates
Gem District will be $70.40 per acre
Ridgview District will be $70.67 per acre
The Account Fee for each account will be $100.00

The Monthly District Board Meetings will be held on Tuesday, November 10th in the conference room at
201 W Idaho Ave. in Homedale:
- Ridgeview Irrigation District regular monthly meeting at 1:00 p.m.
- Gem Irrigation District regular monthly meeting at 1:15 p.m.
- South Board of Control regular monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m.
